What happens next?

1) You will get a label to print out and attach to your parcel. Please then send this to our repair centre.
2) Once your repair has arrived we will send you an email and also text you to confirm.
3) Each step of the repair you will get updates via email / sms and you can also login to check in realtime.
4) Once completed you can login to pay via Debit / Credit card or Paypal. Payment over the phone is also accepted.
5) We will then courier your repair back to you for FREE and send full tracking details and you also get a 1 hour delivery slot.
